Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all trial and subscription payments made through the Babybillion mobile application ("App") using our recurring auto-pay mandate system. Babybillion is operated by BABYBILLION Private Limited.

2. Subscription Cancellation

Trial and Subscription Model

Babybillion offers an introductory trial period for ₹3. By starting the trial, you authorize an auto-pay mandate for recurring subscription payments after the trial period ends unless cancelled before renewal.

How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time by stopping or revoking the active auto-pay mandate through the payment method used during signup.

• Cancellation must be completed before the next scheduled debit date to avoid future charges
• Stopping the auto-pay mandate will prevent future subscription renewals

Effect of Cancellation

• If cancelled before the first subscription debit, premium content access will remain available only until the ₹3 trial period ends
• If the first subscription payment has already been debited, access will continue until the end of the current billing month
• No further charges will be made once the auto-pay mandate is stopped

3. Refund Policy

General Policy

Subscription payments are processed through Babybillion's recurring auto-pay mandate system.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please use the Customer Support option available within the Babybillion app.

• Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of the amount being debited
• Please include transaction details and the reason for the refund request

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered for:

• Unauthorized or accidental debits
• Duplicate charges
• Technical issues preventing access to paid content
• Billing-related errors

Note: Once approved, refunds will be processed by Babybillion and may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your original payment source, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Free Trial

If we offer a free trial period:

• You can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged
• If not cancelled before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin
• Standard subscription fees will apply after the trial period

5. Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your Babybillion account entirely:

• First cancel any active subscriptions through your app store
• Email us at Support@babybillion.in with your deletion request
• Account and all associated data will be deleted within 30 days
