1. Introduction
This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to subscription purchases made through the Babybillion mobile application ("App"). Babybillion is operated by BABYBILLION Private Limited.
2. Subscription Cancellation
How to Cancel
You can cancel your Babybillion subscription at any time through your device's app store:
- iOS: Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Babybillion → Cancel Subscription
- Android: Go to Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Babybillion → Cancel Subscription
Effect of Cancellation
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing period
- After the current period ends, your access will revert to the free version of the App
- Your account and child profiles will be preserved
3. Refund Policy
General Policy
Subscription payments are processed and managed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests are handled according to their respective policies.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund:
- iOS: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support
- Android: Visit Google Play support at play.google.com/store/account
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered for:
- Accidental or unauthorized purchases
- Technical issues preventing access to paid features
- Duplicate charges
Note: We cannot directly process refunds as payments are handled by Apple/Google. We can assist by providing information to support your refund request.
4. Free Trial
If we offer a free trial period:
- You can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged
- If not cancelled before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin
- Standard subscription fees will apply after the trial period
5. Account Deletion
If you wish to delete your Babybillion account entirely:
- First cancel any active subscriptions through your app store
- Email us at [email protected] with your deletion request
- Account and all associated data will be deleted within 30 days
