1. Introduction

Welcome to Babybillion ("App", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Babybillion mobile application and related services. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Babybillion is operated by BABYBILLION Private Limited, a company registered in India with GSTIN: 29AAICN5542P1ZP.

2. Eligibility

Parents/Guardians: Only adults (18 years or older) may create an account on Babybillion. By creating an account, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of any child whose profile you create within the App.

Children: Babybillion is designed for children, but all accounts must be created and managed by their parent or legal guardian. Children may only use the App under parental supervision.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must register for an account by providing:

• Your name and email address
• A secure password
• Your child's nickname and age range

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Child Profiles

Parents can create child profiles within their account. For each child profile, we collect minimal information such as a nickname and age range to personalize content recommendations. We do not collect personal identifiers directly from children.

5. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Use the App to transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
• Share your account credentials with others

6. Content

Our Content: All content available on the App, including videos, images, graphics, and text ("Content"), is owned by or licensed to Babybillion. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our Content without our prior written consent.

Third-Party Content: The App may include content provided by third parties. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for third-party content.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Babybillion offers subscription plans that provide access to premium features. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees as displayed in the App.

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly/annual) as selected
• Payment is processed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings

8. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BABYBILLION Private Limited and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BABYBILLION Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
